Will I need an appointment? No appointment or referral is required. You will be able to see a registered mental health therapist for 45-60 minutes. There is no cost for this service. The walk-in clinic therapist may also refer you to Community Mental Health or to specific programs such as the Strongest Families Program or Behavioural Support Team for more support.
